6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited usage. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify free tier limits at any time
  • Discontinue the free tier with 60 days notice
  • Suspend accounts that abuse the free tier

8. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • Your data is yours. You retain all rights to your analytics data

  • You can export your data at any time
  • Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Lost data due to your actions or equipment failure

11. Account Termination

By You:

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

By Us:

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may terminate inactive accounts after 12 months
  • We will provide notice before termination when possible

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstracts.top shall not be liable for:

  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

14. Indemnification
